From Winnipeg, travel north on highway 9 to Selkirk.  Continue through Selkirk to Provincial Road 320 (Breezy Point Road).  Continue to travel north on 320 for approximately 9 kms until you reach McIvor Lane North, turn right (east).  55 McIvor Lane North is the first property on your right.
